THIS MONTH TEAMUNSTABLE MEMBERS THE GOD FATHER, JIGS, HATH, CAPT. GAR, WILD BILL AND OFFICER UNFRIENDLY FISHED CASS LAKE IN MINNESOTA. OVER ALL WE BOATED 160 NORTHERN, 68 WALLEYE AND 28 BASS. WE FILLED OUR LIMITS THAN HAD FUN CATCHING AND RELEASING.
STRAPPING ON YOUR WADERS AND WAITING FOR THE SKY TO GET DARK. OFFICER UNFRIENDLY WAS GEARED UP AND READY FOR WALLEYE.
HERE IS JIGS WITH A NICE WALLEYE. THE GUY KNOWS WALLEYE FISHING LIKE YOU CANT BELIEVE. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT.
CAPT. GAR HELD HIS OWN WHILE FISHING FOR WALLEYE.
OFFICER UNFRIENDLY AND CAPT. GAR WITH SOME WALLEYE.
OH YEAH, WILD BILL GOT IN THE ACTION HIMSELF.
BIG DADDY HATH IN HIS WADERS POSITIONONG HIMSELF BEFORE NIGHTFALL WAITING FOR THE WALLEYE RUN.
HERE IS BOB FRASURE AKA THE GOD FATHER AND HATH.
HERE ARE JIGS AND HATH CLEANING FISH WITH A NO BONE POLICY.
AFTER EATING A DOUBLE LUNCH, HATH BROKE IN THE NEW TOILET UP NORTH AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH CAPT. GARS PLUMBING.
HERE IS A PLATE OF RICE, WILD BOAR PORK CHOPS, WATER BUFFALO STEAK, WALLEYE AND CORN. WE DO EAT GOOD UP NORTH.
HERE ARE SOME TEAMUNSTABLE MEMBERS WITH SOME OF THE FRIENDLIEST UP NORTH NEIGHBORS YOU WILL EVER MEET.
OVER ALL WE HAD A BLAST AND CANT WAIT TO GET BACK UP THERE IN THE FALL. WILD BILL YEEEEEEE! |

| those are nice fish I think you need to take me up there next time you go. Is night the best time to fish for eyes up there. Because I no canada you can get them all day and not that good at night. |

Salmon- This time of the year the eyes come feed on the sand bars- Yes as soon as the sun goes down usually about 9:45 the first batch of eyes roll in- we use a split shot about 14-16" from lure and let that drag bottom-and ITS ON! sometimes between 5 guys fishing we nailed 30! Also this year some nice size ones- Of course if we get a BIG fat one ready to drop another 100 Walleye's we throw her back!
GOOD EATING!
Now that sand bar run only lasts about 4-6 weeks after the ice comes off-
Then the eyes head to deeper waters and the jigging technique takes over! Walleye Jesus - RICK has the touch - but I went to Walleye school with him as the teacher during the winter and ZI'm on his tail- He's getting nervous- He may loose the belt!
