Went and hit Loomis again on Friday night. It was dead. Went through half a dozen different lures. Got my first bass at 7:15:

Got the 2nd 15 minutes later. Still pretty small:

And got the 3rd about 10 minutes after that. Decent size.

It was dead after that. All three were caught on a chartruse spinner.

I talked to a couple who was going out to night troll for Eyes. Wonder how he did...

It's perfect for one person. It's easy to get in and out of the truck. Easy to launch. Well balanced. I hit Canada Lake/Long Lake yesterday and I stood in it most of the time. It's pretty stable and comfortable. I've only fished with 2 people one time, that was with my wife. It was okay, but she's lighter than any guy who would fish with me, and just having her in the boat really slowed it down and made it less stable. I'm going to test it with guy soon and see how well it really works. I'm not optimistic, but hey, I fish alone a lot, so it's perfect in that sense.

I WILL PAY GOOD MONEY KLEY TO SEE YOU AND CAPT. GAR GET IN THAT BOAT AND SAIL ON LONG LAKE. CAPT. GAR HAS THE BALANCE OF A RHINO IN BALLET SHOES. I WILL DEFINITLELY HAVE TO VIDEO TAPE THE EVENT DUE TO THE MONEY THAT COULD BE MADE ON T.V. SHOWS. WILD BILL.

listen one time a wave takes me when Mother Nature calls- and all the sudden I'm no ballet star? Fact is I did not fall in! I did more of a weeble type move! But I was still dry when all said and done! Did not smell like Silt and muck like some else I know!
