Marinated the walleye fillets in lemon pepper seasoning. Then the fillets are floured/milk/bread crumbed. Grilled fast and hard.

Simple rice cooked in chicken broth.

The sauce is homemade salsa, with some Super Chili peppers added along with some oregano (to lessen the tomato sharpness) and garlic.
