Tried to go out on Sunday night after all of the crazies left the lake. Where I was in 12 feet of water and could see all the way to the bottom on Friday, I was now in 3 feet of water and couldn't see anything. So much suspeded particulate that visability was zero.

So, last night, I figured the lake would have settled-out, and I was right. I took AJ all the way across the lake to where I had caught them last year. Guess what.....they were back!

Now, it's time to do a little bragging. On AJ. For the first time ever, he baited his hook with a cricket, casted to the perfect spot, set the hook and landed a fish, all without any help from Dad! I am a very proud papa. If that weren't good enough, check out the fish that he landed!

We cleaned 54 this morning because I didn't want to clean in the dark last night.

They never stopped biting. It just got too dark to see our bobbers. Hopefully, this weather will make it through here in enough time for us to go get them again tonight!

The official count is now at 134

CHROME DOME, IT IS GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU. THOSE GILLS LOOK LIKE THEY WERE A BLAST TO CATCH. PROBALLY BE MORE FUN EATING THEM. TALK TO YOU LATER, WILD BILL.

We went out for the last time on Thursday night. We planned to go out on Friday morning before leaving, but Mother Nature had other ideas as severe storms rolled through. Our catch on Thursday night was 28 which took our total for the week to 203. We had a blast. At the In-Laws now on Lake Freeman for Fathers' Day. Don;t know if I'll fish here. Happy Fathers' Day!
