went out today to bass lake got out there at 3pm and fished till 12. Started out slow ended up with 4 keepers eyes and 3 short ones. it was very cold hard to keep tipups from freezing.

got out to long lake in valpo at 7am today did good at first on gills then it slowed up at about 11. ended up with 20.

got out for 2 houres after work to long lake. got 17 gilles and 10 crappie not a bad day.

went to bass lake friday night for eyes got 2 then went for crappie got ten with the biggest 14inches. sat fish long all day for the contest did not win got a bag of gills. then went to bass at night and got ten crappie. sun night went to bass got 25 crappie and one short eye. i got the biggest crappie that i have ever got it was 16.5 inches what a fish that was all fish was over ten inches with a lot of 12 finally found them in that lake. to bad i do not think the ice is going to stick arround this week.
