First time out to Flint Lake. Water was pretty weedy in spots. The kind of
weeds that get hung up on your lure no matter what you do. Anyway, did
you guys know that Flint lake was 72' deep? I couldn't believe it. I
thought Loomis was deep at 58'. Slow day. Not too many bites. Pulled
one small Largemouth in near the end. It was still nice to be out on the
water. Water temp was 76 degrees. Talked to another boat who said
it was a little slow for them too. They'd pulled in a handful of small bass.

My partner and I went to Flint last night and the Bass are on! We caught 10 total biggest being around the 4 pound mark. Sorry no pics, I for got the camera. Top water was the best bite and around the 7:00pm hour is when the action picked up.
