Hi everyone, I'm a 22 years old female and I'm planning to go for one. Are there any fitness boot camps in Scotland particularly in Glasgow? I've never been to any boot camp and have no single idea about it. My reason for wanting to go is to increase my fitness level, to lose weight and to gain some muscle (tone up)
