Health information Technology, please explain? Is health information technology -coding, billing, and managing health information? or is it like computer information systems within the healthcare system? The program is online through National Polytechnic. It is called Health Information Technology Associate degree. most core classes are med billing, coding and you can get certified through AHIMA.
