I have started walking on a treadmill daily going at an average speed of 3.8-4.3 mph for 60-75 minutes. I usually consume approx. 1600 calories each day but I binge on weekends. How can I get rid of this bad habit? I am by no means anorexic, but I do want to tone up in the stomach department, and lose some of that thigh mass. Or lose about 8-10 pounds. Is this a suitable fitness plan?
