It may not be the most prized duck in the world but it is to her Dad found her a used but nice Sears M300 last week (12 gauge semi auto in 2 3/4) slapped a limb saver recoil pad on it and she loves it. She missed a few shots on a drake mallard and some teal this morning as she was figuring out that the point of aim was way different than her .410 but when this coot flew in (yes they do FLY!!) and decoyed to the mojo butt she let him have it. He jumped up and flew another 10 feet and started swimming around hurting bad and when he gave her a second clear shot she toasted him. She went from damn near in tears and ready to go home to not wanting to leave until 11am when the rain started. She did manage a second coot swimming out about 45 yards or so and smoked him with a single shot to the head. Going back out in the morning if the storms hold off for us.

| BTW the reason she was almost in tears was because she was beating herself up for missing pretty easy shots......she has the fever for hunting way more than many guys I know |
