Found a couple guys that wanted to take a PIGEON trip down the river. Started off with some cloudy skies around 7 AM under the Century Center dam. We took off heading for the first spot. We fished till around 9 or so,, not a bunch of action,, but we were getting some. Nothing HUGE,, but getting some.. Then around 9 we could see some dark clouds building,, so we took off for the first bridge. Got up under the bridge just in time,, and it started coming down pretty good. Fished under the bridge for about an hour and the rain never did let up.. Wasnt any thunder,, so we said heck with it,, put on the rain gear,, and took off down the river to the next spot.. We fished and fished and fished,, for about 4 hours in the rain.. These 2 guys were troopers for sure!!! All in all, we caught fish all over that river!! And some real nice ones also!! I didnt take alot of pics with the rain,, but I got the highlights.. In the end,, the cooler had 14 smallies,, 1 walleye,, 1 cat,, and 1 blue-gill!! The BIG smallie and the BIG cat were released to fight another day.. ANOTHER GREAT DAY ON THE ST JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
