Ok someone close to me needs a pacemaker because after an operation to clear the arteries, his heart could not handle it and his heart got really weak and he needs a pacemaker. My question is, is there at least the slightlest possibility that his heart will go back to functioning normally after usin the pacemaker for awhile or should I expect him to be on it for the rest of his life. And also does the pros out weight the cons about having a pacemaker?
