this morning (Friday oct 2nd) just after sunrise i had a beautiful doe walk just 10yrds broadside to me. I MADE A GUT SHOT!! this has never happened to me. My arrow went completly through the deer and it was covered in waste (poop) and i couldn't find any blood. What do i do?  |

give it a couple hours (at least 3) then go back and check to see where she had taken off go to last place you had seen her and grid pattern that area 40 yards beyond to check for guts or blood any roughed up dirt where she was running. another thing to look into is check your nearest water hole. alomst every deer i know of that i have helped track we located almost at the waters edge. actually 2 of them we found in the water! good luck!
