OLD BAIT AND TACKLE STORES
No matter what state you fish in there is always an old bait and tackle
store. You can pick up a license, ice, pop, bait or any of those early
morning or afternoon needs.
It is really cool when you walk into a bait store that you have never been
in before. Looking at the mounted fish and assortment of things that a
fisherman always seems to never have enough of.
Bait is always available and you might be able to get a tip on what the
fish are biting on. It takes a lot of work and energy to run a bait shop
with the crazy hours that these people work to meet the demands of a
fisherman.
One thing about these small places is there is usually someone with a
smile to help you with your fishing needs. So the next time you’re in the
area of bait shop try to stop in and buy a little something to help them
out.
