Big Sally's Perfect Bag Omelet

1 Freezer Ziploc Bag (Quart Size)
2 Eggs (scrambled)
1 Onion (cut up and cubed)
1 Green Bell Pepper (cut up and cubed - microwave until soft)
2 Tbs Shredded Cheese - your favorite
or add your favorite ingredients
1 Pan of boiling water

Add all ingredients to Bag.  Zip and Shake gently to mix.  Put bag on counter and unzip a little.  Push down on bag to get all air out.  Zip bag back up.  Put back into boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then lift and shake gently.  Put bag back into boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Put the bag on a plate, unzip it and lift from bottom of the bag to roll omelet onto your plate.

Prepare to taste.  The lightest, best omelete EVER!
